Body Mass Index (BMI) is determined by your weight in kilograms (kg) divided by your height in centimetres (cm). It is designed for both men and women over the age of 18.
You should note in some instances using BMI may not be very accurate for pregnant women, people less than 5 feet tall, and people who have a lot of muscle mass.
BMI is a guideline to help you decide your target weight. If you feel you need more help please feel free to contact one of our team members or you can talk to your doctor or other health professional.
