Nutrition Information Index - An idex of all the brand products we have personally trialled, tasted and selected based on our plans.

The majority of these products are available at your local supermarkets. However, if a product is unavailable we recommend that you refer to the nutrition information label on similar or substitute products that can be used in conjunction with your plan.

Food Exchange List - The food exchange list is a guide to assist your food selections and personal tastes in the appropriate food groups. The list gives you the option of changing your plan when you want to spice it up!

Shopping Check List - A weekly shopping check list is provided to help you know what you need to buy. It is also a great way to check out your fridge and cupboards before you shop to see what you need each week to stick with your plan. You can also make sure that you don't forget those general household goods at the same time.
